Do we need to schedule calls/video calls?

No. Everything is delieverd though our app. First, you will recieve your training plan along with a welcome video and guidance on how to get started, After that feedback, accountability and support will be through messaging, voice/video notes, video feedback and weekly check-ins. This means you will get all the support you need without the need to schedule calls.

Do you give meal plans?

No, we do not give specific meal plans. We provide a comprehensive personalised nutrition guidance document which includes examples of what you might eat in a day.


Is this suitable for pregnant or postpartum women?

Our training and nutrition guidance is not a specialised programme for pregnant or post-partum women. However, if you are over 12 weeks postpartum and have been medically cleared to exercise feel free to get in touch and we can discuss if we are the best fit to help you.


Do you need a gym membership?

No. Training plans are created based on what you have access to; this can be home equipment, no equipment or a gym.


Is this suitable for specific diets? (E.g. vegetarian, allergies etc.)

Yes. Nutrition guidance is tailored to you based on any specific dietary requirements.
